Blushing Bride

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

When you enter into hell
They’ll probably ring some kind of bell
Or blow a trumpet to announce your arrival
Because in hell you’ll have no rival

They’ll open the gates and let you in
Because they heard of all your sin
I’m sure that you’ll be famous there
With your evil grin and glassy stare

Satan has made you his bride
From God you always try to hide
You made love to Satan; rejecting God
And all the demons did applaud

Because they know you’ll do to him
The things you did to other men
