Pray tell me who is me!

Pray tell me who is me!

Is it I who is me,
Is me who is I,
But I can only see what is within me.

I look into the sea
Shaken images
Affront me, they
Speak to me in words
Well beyond me.

I ask the human I thought next me,
Are you you or are you me,
Or you are and I are me.

Say cut your finger,
But stab me.
Does your blood flow in a colour
Different to me?

Listen to me
I can hear what you can not see.
I am not but you and you
are but nothing but me.

Listen and hear.
Do not turn away and flee,
Face, trace me in your eyes
But do not place me,
Hear me, may be one day
I shall say what it is to be like you.

Do not turn away
Do not forget your humanity
I am you and you are me.

But listen but do not talk to drown me,
We came from the same tree,
We the drink the rain water which is free,
We end below the same tree.

Shade your cover
Throw your clever words.

And forget your wisdom
I will give you more of the share of me.

I am me.
Me is I.
But you are me,
But I and you lead to the same destiny.
