The Forest

Look left, look right, can you see what's in sight.
Look up, look down, let's see what we can find.
Look there, a bear, don't worry, no need for fright.
Look see, it's cool, this bear we see is kind.

Just relax and breathe, let's look for some-thing new.
The leaves, the trees, they sway with joy and glee.
The sky and clouds, so bright and full of blue.
The birds, the bees, they fly so high and free.

Lets go walk here, walk there, find you dig deep.
Lets sit, breathe in, breathe out, find center, find home.
Don't stir, just think, be you, just take a leap.
Now yes, it's hard, just think, take time, just roam.

But do be warned, don't take, don't break, don't steal.
For all you see, stays here, for here is real.
