Too Deep For WORDS
By: Carrie Frost 4/24/22@ 10 pm
The title of my poem is called too deep for words.
Emotions are too deep for words,
Pacing the floor, placing one step in front of the other,
Looking down at my feet toward the path set before me.
Footprints on this journey wondering when will it ever be complete
He says Rest… in Him.
Be Rest assured in his promises.
His words does not return unto into him void
Deep within me, where words are not heard,
Moanings and Groanings, which cannot be uttered,
As the feeling of butterflies in a field flutter
This quickening of the spirit I feel.
Holy Spirit fountains of living waters filled, ready to pour out, it's flowing downstream.
His promises are yes and amen.
For his calling is sure
There are many called, but few are chosen.
The harvest is plenteous but the laborers are few
We are predestined into this world because he foreknew
This plan, this purpose in great stature,
He plans to prosper gives us a hope and a future.
My Life, This Existence, His Creation!
As we are nearing this dispensation,
The Rapture, The Tribulation, His Second Coming,He will not leave us wanting.
Wait and see the salvation of the Lord. Working it all now with fear and trembling.
It is in him that I have my being,
I live and I move as David danced as we worship in this groove in his presence,
When Deep calls out to Deep
In the beginning, the deep above & the deep below, none of which is shallow.
In the in between the heavens declare His glory
No imagination could ever comprehend this creation story.
Far beyond the Eye can see, Ears have not heard,
Nor eyes seeing what he has prepared for you and me.
Everlasting to everlasting…eternal life.
There's not a pearl worthy of the price
I'll say it again. He died for me again and again.
I will never be the same, nothing in vain
In dying, I have gained My Life
For the precious Lamb of God was the pure and perfect sacrifice
Too deep for words
It's so deep that He created the worlds
In his expressed image
Image Of God ( Imago DEI)
God’s 1 & Only Begotten Son
