Trust Jesus

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

You have to open up your mind
To find out what is true
The world wants to tell you
That there is no truth for you

But if there is no truth
That means your life is just a lie
And if that really is the truth
It’s better that you die

Why should you try to gather riches?
In this world and wealth?
Because you know that in this world
You’ll surely lose your health

I did not want to come to you
But Jesus said I must
Because he will not leave you here
With no one you can trust
