Mercy
Such unfathomable atrocities, and the commitment of unforgivable,
Such are the thoughts like that of the dead, come henceforth to haunt.
Begging for the unattainable mercy, the hoarse cries fall deaf to ears,
The stinging in the heart and the foregoing tears in the eyes turn blind.
"Childe! You've committed such crimes. Tell forth, what shall be your judgment."
The voice unreal still echoes through unconscious and beyond conscious.
Such are the actions, even heavens may turn a blind eye !
Such are the sinuous thoughts, that put same to the devil.
“From the indefinite heaven to depths of hell, you shall acquire no place !”
“Shall you roam this vast universe, till the end of eternity, you shall not perish!”
Words that seal your demise, inescapable doom that Gods could sit still,
Mercy that shall never be given, though hanging unto the faint flicker of hope.
In the midst of empty despair, reminiscing about the uncouth actions that led to such unfortunate fate!
Such was the blinding rage, that can be felt through the blazing soul,
Actions that couldn’t be deciphered though it, destruction already caused.
The fire that burned once, shined so bright, has left noting but ashes in its wake.
