The Reader
Humanity stands at a precipice of expectation.
Pre-daydream and pre-reflection.
A time when good things start to happen as they begin their inspection.
Inquisitions made they have their inner conclusions to face.
Then the solution post haste.
Every now and then though...
Something of an enigma is paste on their now affirmation.
That thing that says maybe write that title down for later disection.
As if it was trying to tell more than one tale.
An abomination?
No!
What if you played/read your own work on repeat?
It's sometimes that situation!
Some poems however are read only once at most by the writer, not intended as an initiation to the heart.
Captivation.
