Ponder

Helpless from birth
helpless from life
wondering my worth
while dealing with strife

Feeling all the pressure
to be happy all the time
but who are they to measure
why is sorrow such a crime

Is there anything worth it
a small piece of joy
i'll take another hit
i'll be your broken toy

One day i'll know
what I was meant to be
until then i'll fake it, so
no one will see.. the real me
