No Complaints
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
Father I’m so happy that I’m free,
I’m so glad that you’ve chosen me!
Your peace is way beyond compare,
It’s something that I want to share!
With all my friends and enemies.
I wish that they all could be free.
From all this world’s cares and woes,
To see that you are not their foe!
I read your words to them in bliss;
My joyfulness they cannot miss!
But some just cannot stand to hear me
And in their hearts, I know they fear me.
Thank you, Lord, for all you’ve done!
Thank you, Jesus, you’re the One!
Who came to save the world from pain.
And to you I will not complain!
