Don’t Miss a Thing

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

Even though threatened with death,
I still have nothing to lose.
Does God decide who the winner is?
So, then I need only to choose!

Money does not make the world go around;
It can’t buy you what you need!
If you can’t find the truth in the end,
Then what good are all of your deeds?

The truth, to you, is now speaking!
Just open your ears and obey!
You don’t want to miss the great banquet!
Let the Lamb come and take you away!

God has prepared a feast for His Son.
You don’t want to miss a thing.
Come to the wedding feast of the Lamb.
Where the chosen will rise up and sing!
