The Golden Cage

*The  Golden  Cage*

A bird was caught in the golden cage
Full of materialistic comforts in the phase
But spent her life trembling with rage
For the restrictions started from her teen age

She  cried  at  her  useless  wing
Could  neither  fly  nor  swing
Accepted  only  what  others  bring
& one day got trapped in the marriage ring

About this poem

I am describing the life of a girl through this poetry. The harsh reality of her life, the helplessness of her life.
