Tribute to Daddy

My Daddy is my friend 

On him I can depend!

I hope when God says, "Yes",

we'll be eternally blessed!


Harmonizing, blending

devotions God is sending

while hearts & souls unite

And God's true love takes flight!


We'll stay friends evermore 

God's mercy firm in store 

for us through all of time

United souls that rhyme!


I miss my Daddy, now

I'm teary-eyed & how

I wish I knew the way

to love him as I pray


God, know how much today

I hope he'll always stay

around, so close, not blue

Daddy seems so true!

Daddy, I love you!
