The Dream

I want to live in another place.
To leave this world without a trace

The ones who knew me to all disappear
To start all over with the mirrors clear

I want to home on the green grass hill
Where  neither sides can reach or fill

I want to love from the very start
Not to keep loving in the lovers depart

Intuitively I know it is all a dream
And life may never go upstream

But one can wonder and hope for it all
As long as you know what’s up will fall

And just perhaps it never reaches that height
The lights won’t come on and all days will be night
