Thoughts Of Failure

With all of a detailed planning done,
More seem to keep thoughts of failure.
In their minds to look over their shoulders.
For a failure not there.
But kept on the run.
As if chased to anticipate a failure comes.

Too many listen,
And often worry too much.
About what others say.
Not to encourage.
But delay.
A positive action.
Without negativity displayed.

Too many stop to ask,
For suggestions and recommendations made.
To get opinions spiced with negative advice.
Hoping this will prevent,
A doing meant to accomplish one's intention...
Is not only delayed but stopped.
For more nonsense solicited to hear it heard,
Mentioned.

With all of a detailed planning one does.
Giving time, incentive and a sacrificing done.
Away from the mouths of naysayers,
To ask what they think.
And what would they do,
If they wore your shoes?
Never ask this but look down at their feet.

If their shoes look new and seldom used,
Immediately know to have it shown...
People like this quick to give advice?
Only struggle to make impressions.
With a keeping up of appearances made.
To believe their pretensions,
Could be sacrificed if they are not dressed...
For an inspection that passes a test,
Of acceptance and approval.

And...
Those thoughts of failure,
Kept on many minds to address.
Is the only impression on others,
To hope successfully made.
Leaving what one does to do or attempt,
A waste of time to hear it mentioned.

And these are the days,
Impressions to make to immediately evaluate.
People value more,
Than who is doing what...
With their time to make a difference made.
