Pillow Pals

Of all the things from coast to coast
My pillows what I love most.
It holds my head with all its dreams
And listens to tomorrow's schemes.

When there are tears, it wipes them dry
So no one ever knows I cry.
If I'm  scared I hold it tight
It seems to take away the fright.

Tomorrow is a brand new day
And I'll get up and go and play.
Pillow will stay here instead
And wait for me to come to bed.
