A solitary small town florist
Skillfully combined bouquets and poetry
Probably not last but certainly first
To arrange a poem with a posy

Delivered to those not expecting an arrangement
Surprised they repayed him with a smile
Knew who was lonely or suffering bereavement
Hoped a poem with flowers would last a while
