Unpredictable Me

Robert T. Davenport 1979 (Newark, New Jersey)

Unpredictable Me
By Robert T. Davenport

Unpredictable me, a force untamed,
A tempest of emotions, a soul unrestrained.
In the depths of my being, a fire burns bright,
Igniting my spirit, guiding me through the night.

I am the storm that rages, fierce and wild,
Unyielding, unapologetic, like a rebellious child.
My path is not defined, my journey unknown,
But I embrace the uncertainty, for it is my own.

I am the whisper of the wind, the roar of the sea,
The gentle touch of sunlight, the dance of a tree.
I am the laughter that echoes, the tears that fall,
The strength that rises, whenever I stumble and crawl.

Unpredictable me, a canvas of colors unseen,
A symphony of chaos, a dreamer's serene.
I refuse to be confined, to fit in a mold,
For I am a masterpiece, waiting to unfold.

I am the voice of reason, the voice of doubt,
The voice that shouts, when others whisper and pout.
I am the warrior, the lover, the healer, the sage,
Unpredictable me, forever turning the page.

So let me be, let me roam free,
For in my unpredictability, lies my destiny.
I will soar to heights, never before reached,
And leave a mark on this world, forever etched.

Unpredictable me, a force to be reckoned,
A reminder to all, that life is not predestined.
Embrace the unknown, embrace the thrill,
For in the unpredictable, lies the power to fulfill.
