My Lisa Girl

Albert Browning 1943 (Puritan Mines, WV)

Our love is stronger, it's truer. it's sweeter than anything in this old world.
You've got me in a whirl, I love my Lisa girl.

Our love is wider, it's taller, it's deeper than anything in this old world
And I'm so glad that you are my Lisa Girl

Each time I look into your baby blue eyes
I begin to realize how lucky am I
Your lips the smile and knock me right off my feet
I can hardly wait to taste them oh so sweet.

So soft your voice I'm under your spell
I can hardly wait to tell, to scream and to yell
Out to the world how quickly that I fell
In love with my Lisa down in the dell.
