I had a vision.

I had a vision.

When I was a child, I had a vision that  your lips moved, and I can't hear what they say. I look once more and see something that I cannot place my finger on. I would never wish you any harm, but there was a photograph of a child on the creaky old floor, and I knew it was you I was waiting for. The pigtails in your hair, the red freckles on your nose, and a first kiss i forever missed. But I know I'm old and all alone. Can you please help me find my way? Then the skies turn gray, and I see a shadow; it's a girl in pigtails with freckles now I know love still flows. Like the stream of glass below. I will always love you so.
