Worth it

Is anyone worth it. As I ask that I look at how so many folks have shown me their value and lifting my value through conversation.  In life our experiences can dictate what kind of scale we judge value on. In doing so we really deeply need to remember humility among ourselves because we are not equal to those we judge. It's of a self survival antic and we may not even realize that we do that. Using ourselves as the starting point of establishing value in a person is natural however very wrong. It's not about thinking low of ourselves it's about being honest with ourselves and truthful about the scale. We can still deem ourselves worthy enough to be of value to others and ourselves however we should not use us as a starting point because it's clearly lopsided. Using ourselves as a starting point taints the scale because we will always favor ourselves. This scale of value without The graciousness of God's humility always ends messy. When someone shares with you manners and attention they've demonstrated that they have value and they also think you have value. So think long and hard when you begin to judge someone because they're judging you.
