BIAFRA

BIAFRA
The pain is deep
And expensively cheap
The cause is just
But there's lack of trust

To fight is bad
But to stay is worse
Shall we live on
And face the loss
Or stand alone
And carry our cross

The sun is rising
Whilst its people are falling
Should we crack our brains in desperation
Or get our skulls cracked in submission
Can the future be bright
When the now is blur
And the past is dark

Shall our Moses take us out of Egypt
Is our slings strong enough to drop the Goliaths
Will our existence be likened to that of Babylon
Shall we perish like Gomorrah and Sodom

Will The Sun be our advocate
Will its rays scorch to vindicate
All this i cannot answer
Its either a story of epiphany or disaster
