SCIENCE DOESN'T FIT THE FACTS

SCIENCE DOESN'T FIT THE FACTS

Those who deny the existence of God
Face obstacles tall, wide, and broad
Let's take for instance
The beginning of man's existence

They claim to find a viable solution
In a childish theory called evolution
Those who hold logic in such high esteem
Cling to a theory as logical as a child's dream

Yet no human has ever given birth to a hyena
Nor for that matter a rhino, horse or cheetah
Really it's as simple as that
The theory doesn't fit the fact

But it says in Genesis,  let every creature after it own kind
In procreation this truth you always observe and find
Once again as simple as that
It always fits the facts

Oh the evidence of their fallacy is quite ample
Let me give you another sample
While I do believe in a Big Bang it's because
Very simple God spoke, and BANG! It was

But tell me if you can, of any explosion you've seen
That left the aftermath neat, ordered, and clean
You can't,  simple as that
The theory doesn't fit the fact

But the Bible declares God set the stars in their place
The ocean goes thus far and ends its chase
As you see it is simple as that
The Bible fits the facts

"On the beginning was the Word...and the Word was God"
I wonder why you think this is odd?
There is order all around you
Look and you see it's true

No accident put the earth in its place
It is really a matter of grace
It's a simple as that
Your theory will never fit the facts

Now as any with half a brain can see is true
(And perhaps I'm not wrong in including you)
The Bible alone fits the facts
And that, dear class, is that
AMEN

About this poem

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness” 1 Corinthians 3 19
