come get you memory

Erica Rhian 1982 (Winterpark)

My world, where it was once safe, I felt  protected and truly cared for, from a love so pure, so real..the  kinda love you wait for..
I tried so hard  to make it last as I felt it slipping away
I held on so tight, that in that moment I  didn’t realize
That he had already dropped me… when he used to be the one standing behind me.
Now my heart is shattered, all I knew was now a lie, I’m left broken and bruised and yet all I have left is his memory. How is that fair for me? I’m flooded with all these memories that no longer serve me, it hurts and the pain in not subsiding, he left me with my heart still In his hand,
all I want now is to Not have these memories, they no longer belong to
Me, they are not for me,
They are too painful to bear, too raw, I’ve prayed yet they still are with me.. I can’t do it alone, not like this, you are all
Around me and it’s suffocating.. all that I am asking is..
come get your memory..
