The shaking
The screaming
The pain
Above all else,
The happiness
The gratitude
The love
The lack of shame
A fathers touch is all
All a daughter could ask

All a daughter needs
Through explanation,
Through sit downs
Through talks
Through anything BUT frowns
A father heals
A father loves
A father cares
And that’s a tug
A tug at the heart,
And tug at the eyes
A tug at the soul
A tug at the mind
How a father heals…
Is through genuine
Undying
Unchanging
Unwavering
Unconditional….
