My Favourite Orkan

The other day I was online browsing for helium balloons
while listening to that Lesley Gore tune.

I don't want to
                          tell anyone
                                               about how much
I consider daily
                                leaving.
             It would be so cliche to threaten like that.

I won't cry for help

I have to wait until my mother and father leave
                                     before truly considering it anyway.

Because no parent shou...
                                                  
     It would be selfish.
