Spinal Tap
6 hours of slow drip reminder.
Dull pain, numb hands, and confusion.
Fog in my head,
can't get out of bed.
A hug from a demon who visits every couple weeks and stays for a day or two.
Invisible illness and insecurity about interval intensity.
Unsure if my life will stay this normal or if stairs will become adversarial.
