I Have Come This Day

I've come to be your armor!             
 I want to be your guide!           
 No longer just a farmer.         
You do not have to hide!

I've come this day to fight for you,    
While others run away!           
I've come to see this battle through,
Then I won't need to stay.

Unless you want a friend who's near
 Throughout each hour of the year!
