7/7 *A dedication to the lives lost and ruined on the 7/7 train/ bus terrorist attack and other terrorist attacks*
Just as normal, they'd all awake,
to their daily lives, nothing new.
Just as any other- that day would break,
and they'd prepare for work and school.
But evil minds had plotted for this day for so long,
the day where they'd do something evil and wrong.
The train arrived, full to the brim,
and all of the passangers squeezed their way in.
Packed in like sardines- they went off to their day,
but they never got there- something happened on the way.
How could they expect the bomb so near?
When it went off- it was only too clear-
that someone so terrible was making a point,
and the screams and explosions made a terrible noise.
With no time to brace themselves, many were dead,
some were paralysed- or took wounds to the head.
None were unscathered, in body or mind,
but those brave survivors would leave anyone behind.
The devestation brought survivors together,
would they give up? The answer is- never!
The strong helped the weak,
survivors grieved the lost,
when the ordeal was over,
clear was the cost.
Twisted metal and blood,
scarred minds of survivors,
families grieving,
couldn't leave it behind them.
Terrorists do just what their names suggest,
terrorise the world to such an extent,
that the memory's a scar that's too deep to be healed,
to all of the victims of such an ordeal;
I write just a simple dedication,
to show that I'm thinking of your situation.
I weep for your heartache and though I can't offer much-
I hope that my words can help you a touch.
Brave are they who survived the storm,
and found the stregth to still march on.
MUCH RESPECT AND R.I.P TO ALL THOSE LOST AND MY CONDOLONCES TO THOSE LEFT BEHIND.
