Aquisition
If all that I know, is all that you've shown me-
Then all I can do, is what you have done.
This restricted education permitts no pleasure of knowledge
I become another member of your belief system, another deliverer of your message.
A faith cannot exist without a cause to believe in
Your justification is again another passed on shared concept, unshared but imposed in your conditioning
Your invented religion is a form of your own control,
A community of morals
Needed no doubt, for equilibrium, consensus, a rule book to live to until old.
Yet if I submit to your lessons in life
I am merely to repeat your stresses and strife
If I do not do, as you have shown me
Then I can learn, what you have not.
