Cycle of Bleeding Mockery
After the sun goes back into the ocean,
Thats when my tears launch into motion.
It's NOT a brilliant star that lights the world on fire,
It's my heart, but after twelve hours it gets tired.
The sadness that tugged on it's light beams all day long wins,
My bright heart that lit the world is exhausted,
And lonliness pulled it into the sea with a grin.
Extinguished, it plunges into a calm black sea,
A cold heart taunted by aqueous fillagree
After a duration of twelve hours,
The luminous heart desprately grabs it's inner powers.
Finding the strength to grin and bear it,
My heart rises the next morning, and in the sky it will sit,
Untill that night when emotion tugs and the cycle continues,
And the weary heart sinks to it's nightly watery venue.
