Pilgrim

No condemnation,
no fear nor shame,
when Spirit and Life arise,
Love takes the rein,
God does eternally reign.

I am a pilgrim,
wandered afar,
lands - west and east - arid and dry.
Mercy upholds me to get up and stand,
in storms- takes me by the hand,
guards my feet from  sinking sand,
comforts my soul when tired and tried,
my walk restores-- I am heavenbound.
