Prom
Prom
Our roaring songs and crossed headlights
p*ss*d off the suburbanites.
Let's ride our stolen shopping carts
I know a hidden greenbelt park.
What an ungodly gang, half runaways
A time we'll call an outgrown phase.
Sarah's parents are so devout,
I can't believe they let her out.
I look at her and then back down
She yanks to fix her evening gown
I wonder if she kept the note
That in freshman year I wrote.
And just like that I've gone off track
I check my pockets for a pack
Bum one from my closest friend
Who's boring but he always lends.
Bill bought the smokes that cost the least
I've got Miller's and Milaukee's Beast.
So pop the trunk and take first pick
But Bill, save some for the chicks.
