This Girl

I think about all the love songs in the world
And how each one has a special girl
I wonder where people get the inspiration to write
Then I just think about how I feel tonight
I came to the place with an open mind
Now my perception is blurred with you all the time

This girl could break my heart
But they say that’s life
And it’s just part
And I’ve known this
From the start

Never a moment with
Without a laugh
I think it’s true
I found my second half
She’s got me in a craze
And it’s only been 4 days
It seems I’m losing all my ways
She’s the piece to my puzzle
The link in my chain
She’s the picture
 With the frame

Never had this feeling before
So good I can’t ignore
She’s the girl from a foreign land
And I’m her foreign man
She wasn’t a part of my plan
But I like what I like
And I can’t help it man
It’s the essence of her beauty
No she’s not the average cutie
She’s much more than looks
More complicated than these books
