ALABASTER GLOWING (I) (13/05/2021)
A supernatural
Alabaster glowing
Devastates the night
COLD FIRE (II)
Cold fire burning bright
Chilling you to the marrow,
Burning without heat.
COLD SWEAT (I)
Cold sweat grips you
Too terrified to move, as
Horrors lurch toward you.
THE CRAWLING HORROR (II)
A nameless, crawling slug
A slimy, bloated thing;
Evil through and through.
THE CREDITOR (II)
You sold your soul for
Mere fortune and fame, but now
The creditor calls.
DANGER IN THE WOODS (II)
Danger in the woods:
Night creatures all around you,
Slowly closing in.

Night evil beckons
Darkness roars down to its prey,
Unwary below.
DARKNESS COMES
Darkness comes:
Evil creeps upon you,
Using the shadows for cover.

Dark shapes are crouching
On fearful elder structures,
Readying to pounce.
DARK WATERS (II)
Dark waters crash on
Lifeless continents;
Humanity passed away.
DARK WINGS CIRCLING
Dark wings are circling
Blocking out the sunlight,
Spreading terror below.
DARK WINGS HOVERING (II)
Dark wings hovering
Blocking out the moon,
Larger than any known bird.
DAWN OF THE UNDEAD (I)
Evil, shambling fiends
Stalk the loathsome night, hunt
Unwary travellers.
DEATH ADDERS
Death adders hissing
At the night; striking from rage;
Knowing no fear.
DEATH COMES YOUR WAY (I)
Too scared to whimper
Open mouths screaming silently
Death comes your way.

Too afraid to scream
Open mouths screaming silently
Death comes your way.
DEATH DREAMS (I)
Visions of death
Tormenting you all night long;
Self-immolation.
DEATH IS IN THE AIR (I)
Whispery death breezes
Howling out like banshees,
Death is on the way.
THE DEATH MARCH BEATING (II)
The death march beating
Keeping perfect tempo with,
The rhythm of your heart.

Morbid fantasies
Of times now past: when all hope
first began to die.

Desolate forest
Housing eerie sights and sounds,
No-one dares walk in.

Danger seekers hike
Desolate mountain trails
Where ancient evil dwells.

What nightmares may come:
Loathsome alien beings,
Come from distant worlds.
DRAGON LORE
Old legends speak of
Gigantic, winged saurians,
Breathing fiery death.

Dreaming of terror
You awake to find demons,
Feeding upon you.
DREAMS OF A TIGER (I)
Dreams of a tiger
Dreams of a dingo, or wolf;
Fighting over you.
DREAMS OF JEKYLL AND HYDE (I)
Dreams of Jekyll and
Mister Hyde. But when you waken,
Which one are you?
EAGLES (I)
Eagles are clawing
At your eyes, at your throat,
Is it only a dream?

Evening shadows fall
Casting dreadful images,
Death approaches you.
THE EVIL CELLAR
A light burns below
In a distant cellar where,
Evil fiends work.
EVIL COMES YOUR WAY
Terrible hooked teeth
Long, segmented arms and legs:
Evil comes your way.
EVIL CREEPING NEAR
Eerie shadows pass
Writhing with strange shapes and hues,
Evil creeping near.

The unsuspecting
Walk near flickering shadows;
Evil does approach.
EVIL DREAMS
Your dreams tell of death
Loping through a dark forest,
Baring down on you.
EVIL FACES LOOM
Night-time descending
The darkness tormenting you;
Evil faces loom.
EVIL FIGURES
Evil figures dance
In the flickering flames,
Of an outdoor fire.
EVIL GOINGS ON
Evil goings on
In dimly-lit entrance ways,
Bloody deeds are done.
EVIL HATCHING
Evil thoughts hatching
Slowly in a furtive brain,
Terror on the way.
EVIL LURKING NEAR
Footsteps on the sill
Dark shadows by your window,
Evil lurking near.
AN EVIL PRESENCE HOVERING
An evil presence
Seeks you in the still, clear night
Hovering nearby.
AN EVIL TALISMAN (I)
Evil amulet made
Of burnished black stone,
Used to call Great Cthulhu.
EXCITEMENT SEEKERS (13/05/2021)
Excitement seekers
Searchers after horror,
Believed to roam nearby.
THE HAUNTED WOODS (13/05/2021)
Wary children skirt
Around the haunted woods
Fearing what lurks within.
HUSKS (13/05/2021)
Fiends attacking prey,
Leaving behind merely husks,
Husks that once were men.
LUNGING (13/05/2021)
Innocents ignore
Dire warnings of disaster,
Lunging toward them.
ONCE-WERE WOMAN (13/05/2021)
A once-were woman
Lunges through burial grounds,
Hunting men to kill.
NIGHTMARE STALLIONS (13/05/2021)
Phantom wranglers lead
A herd of nightmare stallions,
To liven Hallowe'en.
SINISTER BLACK MONOLITHS (13/05/2021)
Haunted watchers seek
Sinister black monoliths,
To do dreadful deeds.
SOMBRE MOOD FALLING (13/05/2021)
Sombre mood falling
Descending like soft feathers,
From a bird in flight.
