Sonic Boom

He was looking in the mirror
To watch Her primp and preen
Unbeknownst to Him
She watched Him do his seeing!

It gave Her fits of giggles
And a few guffaws as well
A chortle and a snort thrown in
Because He rang Her bell!

He'd ring it loud and clear
Like one of those ancient gongs
Its sound made such an echo
He knew how to sing Her song!

They'd play music in the kitchen
For all the hearts to hear
There'd be crackin', snappin' n flickin'
And poppin' which She found so dear!

He'd know when She was ready
For music in the bedroom
He would arrive so quickly
He'd make a sonic boom!
