They nailed my lovely self

My lovely self mounted on the horses
It touched the clouds
and kissed the stars

I dreamed of a lover with a beautiful face
I dreamed of red cheeks and lovely hair
I dreamed of a perfume that sticks around for hours

but as I move in this life
I was visited by witches, devils, lucifers and invalids
broken hearted I sold my self
I relished the devil's wine

the fresh wave never arrives never touches never enters
and I lie crying day and night
I die crying day and night
they nailed my lovely self
to this rotting surface of earth.
