I look around me as I journey through life in this carnation and I can’t believe how blessed I am to be here! Striving to become the healed version of myself that I am so proud to be, is like being born into a very abusive and very traumatic environment full of neglect and abandonment, poverty and fighting, unable to imagine what life looked like if I were healed! I never gave up being love no matter the traumas and now… as I’m feeling so proud of myself and safe and loving and positive. Being trustworthy and strong, and so many things that I value about myself that I wake daily to thank the Gods for guiding me to become! Poetry really was a way to express so many things. Since I was a little girl, writing was a platform to free myself of the pain, and then it became the foundation for writing what could hopefully save someone when reading the things I’ve written. The world unfolds in the manner of which it’s intended. I wouldn’t change anything! I love every bit of what it taught me and molded me into! Be love! Follow your heart! Embrace the beauty in everything!
