Analysis of We All Have A Purpose
Nicole Good 1965 (Virginia)
There rose
A Rose
In the middle of the rows
In the middle of the flower bed
To the head
Of her head
A buzzing did head
And this is what she said
There be
A Bee
Oh, why dost this be
In the middle of my beautiful red?
He comes by
Pollen to buy
Then goes good bye
Then flies to the Queenly shed!
They're
In there
With a Queen of theirs
By whom they are totally lead
In Spring
I spring
On a green leafy spring
And come Winter, I will soon be dead
Why only servants for you??
Why no servants for me??
Said the Bee
I be
A servant to be
For all of the beautiful heads.
For seeds
To seed
And your children, you see,
In the middle of your flower bed!
Without me, there'd be no you!!
Without you, there'd be no me!!
