Analysis of The goblin.
Across the open moorland, the rain was falling fast.
Through the mucky water, a goblin hurried past.
He carried a green umbrella, held high above his head.
His eyes were red and watery, he'd just got out of bed!
His teethe as white as snow, his tongue was long and pink.
He stopped to pick an acorn, to have a rainwater drink.
The sun came out to cheer him, it made him smile again.
He unfolded his umbrella and whistled once again!
He saw some little children, playing for hours and hours.
He picked up and threw at them, lots of Daisy flowers!
He hurried to Matilda fairy, she lived at Oak tree shack.
They clambered onto a dragonfly, had a ride upon it's back.
The suns rays came out and dried up all the gnomes.
Some came out to see him, from out their toadstool homes.
He had a ball with butterfly, the lady with soft wings,
music supplied by Blackbird, away she sweetly sings....
Lighting provided by glow worms, shining in the dark night.
Orchestral numbers by crickets, who played 'til early light!
The Goblin and the butterfly, had a marvelous ball,
attended by the ladybirds and the frogs gave it their all!
Up and up they clambered into a bird's soft nest.
Lady Butterfly and goblin, laid down their heads to rest...
