Do you suffer sometimes from constipation?
From an obstinate poo that refuses to pull?
From a real urge that refuses to budge?
Don't sweat it! Here's the answer!
Stretch out your right arm outwards from the elbow
Both if you are suffering severe constipation
Splay your fingers to the limit
Then start folding them to a fist in slow motion
And lo and behold! The secret magic key!
To a sphincter lock that refuses to unlock!
If one magical release is not enough
You can repeat the process to your satisfaction!
And say pooh! to a poo that refuses to pull!
