Analysis of PraisingtheLORD
Praise God in His sanctuary,
Praise Him in His mighty Heaven;
Praise Him as His missionary,
Anointed as He has given.
Praise the Lord for His mighty deeds,
Praise Him for excellent greatness;
Being grateful for all your needs,
Guides you on a path of straightness.
Praise the Lord with the trumpet sound,
Praise the Lord with the lute and harp;
Praise Him so others will astound,
Praising Him with your soul and heart.
Praise Him with the timbrel and dance,
Praise Him with the string instruments;
Praising the Lord as to enhance,
Praise as you share the sacraments.
Praise Him upon the loud cymbals,
Praising Him through the crashing sound;
Praise where His chosen assembles,
Praises that will be Heaven bound.
Let everything that has breath praise,
Praise the Lord with a hymn and psalm;
Honor Him throughout all your days,
All that is sung and said in poem.
