Analysis of A world of the visionless

Enclosed with the blinded,

were they the people with no hopes?

Or were they given a blindfold,

to close their vision to lose their contour?

Having a vicinity of the same forms,

still walking on the wrong roads.

Was it a separate world with people who can't see,

or was it ours,

screened by manipulated tropes?

Having no vision of their own,

breathing like the ancestral clowns,

leading a path with

no real rectitude of its own.

Is it our apathy,

or what we're shown?
Can we escape the matrix to build ourselves,
or are we entering another with a similar theory?
Are we making the world better,
or are we blindfolding more by inculcating the same ideology?
Why are we focusing on improving it for the next generation,
while focusing on our personal growth?
When all we're doing is being selfish,
just like the old posh;
Leading a path like the blindfolded,
renovating the roadside stands,
to outshine our different paths,
forgetting that what we're leading,
is just another route,
built by the old hands...
