Analysis of Imposters
You always poise yourself like you're better
Insult me with silence
Raise your eyebrow in pride
Stick your nose up and pretend to ignore me
I don't need faulty pick-up lines to get your number
All I need is this...
Our love lights fires we cannot quench
In my dreams you push me over the edge
When I look in your eyes tears fall
Your kisses are the only fond memories I have left to forget
You wore your best lies on our first date
You carried yourself like you were proper
You made boring topics seem interesting
but your sentimental smile still made me nervous
You made me laugh the whole ride home
i made you resent my carefree spirit
I walked you to your door
You kicked me to the curb
When I got back to my house i knew it was over
Just cause you look attractive doesn't mean you are
Just cause yousay all the right things doesn't make you smart
Just cause we dated doesn't mean you know me
Just cause you're in love doesn't mean you have a heart
Don't let loneliness ruin your plans to succeed
A hardened heart softens the soul and weakens your beliefs
Are you ready to never date again for all Eternity?
Let's just be friends (Repeat)
