The Forrest of Dreams

From deep in the abyss shrouded by life
Light trickles through the voids
It calls, yet nothing stirs life's ambition
False promises no recollection
The forest, the dreams, the light
Dreams are many as trees once were
Each with a dream each with a story
Many dreams disappear
Many stories forgotten
The forest still grows
Dreams and stories weaker and discarded
The forest is neglected so too is life.
So much is lost yet no one sees
Their own Forrest of dreams
