Anxiety

I'm screaming at the top of my lungs
But they can't hear me
I want to fall into a dark abyss
Just want to disappear like a disintegrated soul into the unknown
I've grown weak to the touch
No love, no desire, no taste for what should be
Good deeds go unrecognized
My world of existence makes no sense
If I fall to the ground and shatter to pieces
Would they really help piece me back together
What's a true friend anymore
They all wear a mask in front of me
Forever unworthy and stuck
Or so it seems
