Take It In

Take It In

Watching an old man smoke his cigar
Smiling staring at the lake
Watching planes land on Billys Port

Locked in a moment outside of time
I see his stillness
I feel mine

Gleaming glistening sun light flutters on these waters
Reflecting and Refracting
Reflecting and Refracting

Puckering his lips for that sweet puff
I follow suite

It’s peaceful out here
We can take a breath
In these open blue skies
