The Fruit to Which I Go

Follow as I lead,
To a fruit of true nutrition,
A fruit a treasured flavor,
That's greater than any addiction,
A fruit that gives the taste,
That grabs hold to your soul,
And feed you deeper than,
Any other could ever be known,
A fruit that pulls you over,
Any mounted along your path,
That one that gives you strength,
When you're felt down to your very last,
A true fruit that guides your way way,
When your hunger brings you darkness,
And you're left deep under careless,
But, it's light erases the heartless,
Oh this fruit that is your help,
Whenever you can't figure what to do,
And you feel so lost in desert,
But, it's nutrients revive in you,
This fruit of which I speak,
Is one of the greatest flavor,
It's of the tree named Jesus,
Who's dripping blood is our true Savior.

Written on Thursday August 5, 2021 while working and listening to music.  And I thought about the LORD and HIS care for us and it brought that to my mind.
