Mind still engorged with thought
Inspiration abundant and all encompassing
Though his pen rests, the writer never does
Creations backlogged, not yet shared
Time not aligning with desire
Obligation crushing wants and needs
Expectations smothering art
Life choking love
His craft will overcome
His gift will be shared
The poet will prevail
