Old Christians never die was just fade away
Old Christians are the best when it comes to stay
Old Christians have been through a lot of trials from day to day
So Old Christians know how to get hold of God when we pray
Old Christians have been shoved around and about
Old Christians have been put down and thrown out
Old Christians know how to cope and wake up with a shout
So Old Christians never back down or even to pout
Old Christians have lived a life as pure as they can
Old Christians know what is good and evil in any man
Old Christians can spot an imposter who is not in God's plan
So Old Christians wait for our Lord to call us home again
