Petals of blue

It was the lazy afternoons when blues kicked in,
reminiscing the past blots of aghast.
The muslin cloth had just soaked the Sun and was offering warmth to the moist eyes;all she could hear was loud moans of pains of yesterday.
It was the little girl deep inside who kept on crying "Mommy,I am scared!"
It was the little boy inside who kept on searching for his father when his purity was robbed off of him.
It was the little soul who kept on looking for a strong shoulder to shed another tiring day's labour.
The muslin cloth had just soaked the Sun and was offering the taste of the oncoming evening that was yet to set its foot with roars.
All she could hear was the pains of yesterday.
And then, when she looked in the sky, petals of blue seemed to fall vaguely on her face.
Petals of blue, like a motionless lace.
